Not all your conference rooms will be the same size, accommodate the same number or be used (primarily) for the same purpose.  There is difference between using your video conferencing room for teams meetings vs training vs demonstrations.  Purpose is very important when selecting a kit, as much as room size matters.  As you're planning your rooms, take both into considerations - along with all other room dynamics such as lighting, noise level, shape, acoustics, etc.
